Attitude Towards Work

Today morning I was standing near to a optical shop, which is situated near to my office. The optical shop opens at 9:30 am regularly, the optical shop is fully equipped one. I got to know all these things to see the sign board, which placed in front of the shop. The owner, may be a doctor, before entering into the shop with his employees, they touched the ground by their hands and pray to god. To see them, the first thought came to my mind that they were very loyal and honest to their profession and they must be delivering good service to the patients. Similar issue I have seen long before, while I was working with TECHBOOKS, one of our employee did the same thing before entering into the office. It shows the employees attachment towards the job. Its a very good attitude for the profession. It shows the honesty, hard working and dignity of the people for their work.

I have seen some people do not have enough work knowledge, deliver the things very smartly. Also, some people doing their work with less interest and manipulate things smartly to get a hand some money. I am agree, the present situation needs some smart work but it doesn't mean that there is no value of hard work and honesty. Work experience with all the moralities can bring the smart work. So, its very essential for some one to show his/her quality work with proper work knowledge. It could be make more healthy to an organization and vic-a-vic.

Thoughts

Now its 4:44 pm, I just remembering the happenings from last 11 months. Every where and in my every action, I found a mistake. The mistakes could be avoid if I thought them properly. Every time I had an interest to engage myself in different assignments. But, most of the time I had waited for the opportunities. But, I did not get any. Don't know exactly whether I was not able to work with them or they did not trust me. I am dedicated and honest but, still I am not in a good situation. I am ready to work whatever the situation demands. Here I am trying to write down some liberal views of my own. Whatever I fell and think is of my personal. I do not try to hurt any one. I just write down my thoughts in a hope to get a better solution from it. At this moment I think, I am in a cave. How can I release myself, its a big question mark for me. CBI Arrests Kalmadi

Vijay Kumar Malhotra of BJP has been appointed as President of the Indian Olympic Association on April 26, replacing Suresh Kalmadi, who was arrested by the CBI in connection with the Commonwealth Games. Yesterday Mr. Kalmadi was arrested by CBI and the apex court send him to CBI custody for 8 days. Kalmadi belongs to the Congress Party.

The Commonwealth Games is surrounded by allegations of substantial amount of corruption. The central Vigilance Commission, involved in probing the alleged corruption in various Commonwealth Games-related projects, has found discrepancies in tenders and alleged misappropriation amounting to about Rs 8,000 crore.

Half-day

Saturday, although its a working day for me, lot of program I have taken like reading the books, business administration course and other exams involved. But did not success to achieve the goal. its because I thing, its lack of concentration and moving to other activities which is not much important at this time. I did not force myself to do the things properly just giving very low effort. From last three days I am wondering around the blogger sites and trying to write something. And thinking what to write! I have not sufficient vocabulary to write my thoughts currently. what I have in my early days is vanished from my thoughts which pushes me on the back foot. How do I get all my old thoughts and working on them to get a new life. Its very late to get them but sometime I have tried to collect all the early memories. All the old thoughts are not good for me but there was a goal. Wondering in a cloud and running in a simple mind without taking much pain now pushes me towards a unclear future. Now, I am asking question to myself where to go and how, which is also a big question for me. Punctuality is very important for someone to grow up the life. One day I thought, a little effort can help me to achieve the desire, but the little effort could not help me to get my wish.

Today I got some idea how to write the blog. Me and some of my colleagues discussing on how to write the blog. The topic started with custom message of Srinkant (Srikant good in writing Hindi messages) and later Nilakhya suggest to write either in hindi or in english, you need not to go any where just create a blog and write down your thoughts. in that way you can improve your writing and thoughts, and gradually it will help you a lot in the future. Today we have suffered from power cut in the office during the day time, we could not work for a long hours and most of our colleagues wondering here and there. I have decided to write down something of my own and promised myself to do the same for the future.
